Mark Ferguson has practiced law in Northern Virginia since 1983 and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the State of Maryland. He concentrates his practice in the area of estate planning.

     B.S., Commerce (accounting concentration), The University of Virginia

    Fairfax County Circuit Court - Assistant Commissioner of Accounts

Linda is a graduate of the University of Virginia.   Linda has over 28 years of experience as a paralegal.  Linda focuses on preparing inventories, accountings and fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts for existing clients.  

Ann is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.    

Ann earned a Legal Assistant Certificate from George Washington University.  Ann has over 16 years of experience as a paralegal.   Ann focuses on assisting with the preparation of estate planning documents  and communicating with our estate planning clients.    

Susan is a graduate of the University of Virginia.   She brings more than 29 years of finance and managerial experience to our firm.  Susan is responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, personnel management and office operations. Susan is also an accounts auditor to support the Assistant Commissioner of Accounts duties at our firm.
